I truly believe that if a coach is being unkind, it's more a reflection of their own skills than the potential of the dancers they're guiding. Each dancer is like a unique puzzle piece, with their own set of talents and dreams. My philosophy is about uncovering the perfect path for each individual, always honoring their special skills and goals, and working within the resources they have.


I'm a strong advocate for the idea that everyone can achieve their goals; it's just about discovering the right approach and formula for them. Integrity, to me, is the rock-solid foundation of a purpose-driven business, life, and professional dance career. That's why I choose to team up with dancers who not only have incredible talent but also a strong moral compass. I steer clear of anyone who's comfortable disrespecting others, whether it's fellow dancers, competitors, or coaches.
